Last night, James and I sat down and got Christmas cards prepared! I did all the writing and closing, he did all the cutting of pictures and reading addresses. It was a team effort well worth it! It's official, the Social Security has changed my name! I had never been to one of their offices and it's JUST like the dmv. UGH. There's another place I need to visit soon to get a new license... and change the title on my car... and pay my car registration early.... maybe. I hate them. The BBQ pulled pork was a HIT! I bought tiny hamburger buns because the others were too big. I should've gotten the big buns instead lol James ate 4 and I had 2 1/2 since the cat decided he wanted to eat my food. I was starving by the time we got around to dinner. After figuring out gift money, opening up a CD account and restoring a tiny portion of my savings, we decided it was time to give ourselves a much deserved (and highly logical-teehee) Christmas gift.
